This position serves as a vital bridge between our team and our customers, dedicated to training and developing Product Sales Specialists while ensuring every shopper receives an exceptional experience. You will be the guardian of our core values, driving the company philosophy through the "basic P's of retail": People, Position, Product, Presentation, Price, Promotion, and Purchasing.
In this role, you will not only manage the flow of merchandise and pricing accuracy but also lead by example in customer service. Your day involves guiding specialists to provide attentive support, conducting "how-to" classes for customers, and validating that the showroom floor reflects our standards of excellence. From greeting every visitor to processing transactions and managing inventory needs, you ensure the department operates smoothly and safely.
Working Environment
You will operate in a dynamic warehouse and showroom environment where the noise level is typically moderate to noisy. The role requires frequent exposure to moving vehicles and the physical capability to lift, carry, and move objects weighing between 20 and 60 pounds. Success in this position demands the ability to stand, walk, reach, and navigate the floor while maintaining a focus on safety and efficiency.

Requirements
