About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

You will serve as a role model for established customer experience practices, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. From accurately processing purchases and returns to promoting credit and loyalty programs, you will ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to quality. The role also involves participating in store recovery, maintaining merchandising standards, and working effectively with peers and supervisors to support shrink reduction goals. Flexibility is key, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business.
