About the Role
This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles and philosophy. Your role is critical in maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment that reflects our brand standards.
In this role, you will be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the evolving needs of the business. You will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. From accurately processing purchases and returns to promoting our credit and loyalty programs, you will ensure every interaction aligns with our merchandising philosophy. Additionally, you will actively participate in store recovery, safety awareness, and shrink reduction programs to keep the store running smoothly.
