About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about delivering a highly satisfied customer experience. You will be the face of the store, engaging and interacting with all customers while embodying our core customer experience principles and philosophy. Your day-to-day involves maintaining a clean, organized, and safe store environment while adhering to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.

In this role, you will model established customer experience practices for both internal and external customers, supporting a positive store culture built on honesty, integrity, and respect. You will accurately process transactions, promote loyalty programs, and ensure merchandise is prepared and presented according to company standards. The role requires flexibility, as you may be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support the business's evolving needs. You will also actively participate in store recovery, safety awareness initiatives, and shrink reduction goals, all while accepting and providing constructive feedback to help the team thrive.
