About the Role

As a Store Manager at our Sunrise Mountain Plaza location in Las Vegas, Nevada, you will be the driving force behind the store's success. You will oversee and direct all sales efforts across every department, ensuring efficiency and profitability. This role is not just about managing operations; it is about representing the Hibbett brand through your appearance, attitude, and professionalism to employees, customers, and the community.

You will be responsible for cultivating a team of outstanding Sales Associates, Assistant Managers, and Managers in Training. Your day will involve mentoring staff in sales strategies, managing payroll and schedules to meet labor goals, and ensuring the store maintains proper security. You will work closely with the District Sales Manager to drive initiatives, enforce policies, and stay ahead of competition and community trends. A deep knowledge of each product area and a commitment to extraordinary customer service are essential to thriving in this position.
