As the Store Manager, you will serve as a purpose-led, performance-driven brand ambassador. You will provide leadership, direction, and development to the store staff, executing company strategies to ensure a consistent peak brand experience. Your primary mission is to build productive relationships with "adventurous doers," allowing them to step outside and move the world forward.
In this role, you will recruit, hire, educate, and motivate a team of brand advocates who create a consistent, best-in-class customer experience. You will set the example for customer engagement and selling, while maximizing store profitability by controlling expenses and protecting company assets. You will ensure that store standards and processes for customer care, merchandising, operations, sustainability, and community participation are consistently well-executed. You will also have the opportunity, tools, and environment to explore the world around you and make meaningful, lasting connections.
This position is eligible for additional compensation awards, including an annual incentive plan, sales incentive, or commission potential. Specific details regarding additional compensation eligibility will be provided during the recruiting and interview process.
