About the Role
As an Aisles Online Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store's online shopping website. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity of the order fulfillment process and ensuring the scheduling of personal shoppers and delivery drivers runs smoothly.
In this fast-paced retail environment, you will serve as the bridge between our digital customers and our physical store operations. Your day will involve monitoring incoming online orders to ensure prompt, on-time fulfillment while adhering to strict food safety guidelines to provide customers with the highest quality products. You will be responsible for training new employees, educating existing staff on new policies, and managing department schedules. Beyond operations, you will embody our mission by providing friendly, efficient customer service, addressing customer concerns, and creating a welcoming atmosphere whether interacting in person, over the phone, or via email.
