About the Role
The Aisles Online Manager serves as the operational heartbeat of our store's digital shopping experience. This role oversees the planning, implementation, and tracking of the fulfillment and delivery processes for our online shopping website. You will be responsible for maintaining a seamless order fulfillment workflow and managing the scheduling of personal shoppers and delivery drivers.
In this fast-paced environment, you will ensure that every online order is processed promptly and accurately. Your day will involve monitoring incoming orders, training new team members, and addressing any customer service issues to guarantee satisfaction. You will act as a bridge between our digital and physical stores, ensuring that the quality and safety of products meet our high standards from the moment an order is placed until it reaches the customer.
