About the Role
As an Aisles Online Manager, you will oversee the planning, implementation, staffing, and tracking for the fulfillment and delivery of the store's online shopping website. You will be the driving force behind maintaining the order fulfillment process and scheduling personal shoppers and delivery drivers. In this fast-paced retail environment, you will ensure the smooth operation of online orders, monitoring incoming requests to guarantee prompt, on-time fulfillment. Your day will involve training new employees, educating the team on new policies, and addressing customer service issues to ensure every shopper has a positive experience.
