The Hourly Kitchen Supervisor is a vital link in ensuring the daily operations of the location run smoothly. You will assist management by overseeing the daily workflow, maintaining standard operating procedures, and fostering a positive work environment. This role is essential for ensuring all food is prepared and served according to health and safety regulations, the facility remains clean, and customers are satisfied with their experience.
In this position, you will create the tone and personality of the dining location. You will act as an advocate for training and development, excellent customer service, product knowledge, and adherence to safety and sanitation policies. Your day will involve supporting the cooking process and guest service, ensuring that the team is aligned with brand standards while delivering a high-quality experience.
