About the Role

The Hotel Event Services Manager serves as the vital bridge between client vision and hotel execution. In this dynamic position, you will orchestrate the seamless delivery of diverse events, ranging from high-stakes corporate conferences and weddings to intimate social gatherings. Your primary mission is to ensure that every detail aligns with the hotel's standards of excellence, driving both guest satisfaction and revenue growth.

As the central point of contact, you will guide clients from the initial confirmation through the final breakdown of an event. This role demands a unique blend of logistical precision and interpersonal grace, requiring you to coordinate complex interactions across Sales, Food & Beverage, Culinary, AV, Housekeeping, and Engineering departments. You will be the face of the hotel during critical moments, resolving on-site challenges instantly while maintaining a calm, professional demeanor.

A Day in the Life

Your day is rarely static, reflecting the fast-paced nature of the hospitality industry. You might begin by reviewing Banquet Event Orders (BEOs) to ensure accuracy before leading a pre-event meeting with department heads to align on service standards. Throughout the day, you will be on your feet, moving between the ballroom, kitchen, and front-of-house areas to oversee setup and service. Whether managing staffing schedules during peak hours or conducting post-event reviews to capture lessons learned, your focus remains on delivering flawless experiences that encourage repeat business.
