We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our Brickell team and lead the Food and Beverage Department within our partner hotels. In this role, you will run the show for our Miami operations, overseeing day-to-day back-of-house activities and building teams of up to 40-50 members. You will be instrumental in opening new restaurants, maintaining kitchen SOPs for a clean and efficient workplace, and ensuring compliance with all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
As the Executive Chef, you will manage P&L and COGS targets for locations generating approximately $5-7 million annually. You will master Butler's ordering and inventory systems, learn our menu items, and train staff to execute recipes with precision. This is a dynamic position for a leader who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment with minimal supervision.
