We are seeking a versatile, knife-in-hand Executive Chef to lead the culinary program at an upscale waterfront hotel in Miami. This role is designed for a leader who thrives in a dynamic environment, balancing the demands of a luxury hotel with the precision of a standalone restaurant.
You will serve as the visible face of our culinary operations, maintaining a hands-on presence during both prep and service. Your day will involve actively mentoring and developing a diverse team while ensuring quality, consistency, and elevated presentation across three distinct kitchens, including restaurants, banquets, stewarding, and pool operations.
