
This role serves as a Lead Dyslexia Teacher within the Special Services department for the 2026-2027 academic year. The position focuses on implementing the district dyslexia program in compliance with federal and state regulations while managing the screening, identification, and intervention processes for students with dyslexia. Key responsibilities include developing and tracking Individualized Education Program goals, providing direct Tier 3 intervention services, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to support students at risk. The role also involves training campus staff and families on early intervention strategies and maintaining accurate documentation. This position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on student literacy outcomes within a supportive educational environment. The role may require travel among various elementary and middle school campuses and operates on a standard school year schedule.
