SharePoint and Power Platform Specialist

Location Requirement

This role is strictly for candidates local to Sacramento, CA (within a 30-mile radius). The client will not accept any relocation candidates under any circumstances.

About the Role

While the migration of existing content is a critical component, the primary focus of this position is redesigning and rebuilding an extensive catalog of custom-built team sites directly in SharePoint Online. You will serve as the technical lead in transforming the organization's collaboration landscape, leveraging the full capabilities of the Power Platform—including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages—to create robust, user-friendly solutions.

In this hybrid capacity, you will spend one day per week in the office (or as needed) collaborating with business analysts to translate complex requirements into scalable SharePoint Online and Power Platform solutions. Your day-to-day will involve developing and implementing SPFx solutions for publishing sites, automating workflows to streamline operations, and ensuring all new custom solutions adhere to strict governance, security, and performance standards.
