The Manufacturing Engineer II serves as a critical bridge between design and production, ensuring that New Product Introduction (NPI) and continuation projects are executed with precision and efficiency. In this role, you will plan, spec, and design equipment, processes, assembly tooling, and line layouts to coordinate complex manufacturing activities.
Your mission is to ensure process designs support the manufacturing of high-quality products while minimizing production problems and costs. You will develop and maintain manufacturing line layouts that maximize space, efficiency, and effectiveness. Beyond technical design, you will contribute to moderately complex engineering projects, ensuring full compliance with industry safety and design standards. This position requires a blend of independent problem-solving and collaborative teamwork to refine product designs alongside Product Designers, Project Managers, and the broader Manufacturing team.

Experience with Electronics, pneumatics, automation, PLCs, motion controls, and associated programming software. Hands-on experience with equipment, machining, and fabrication. Programming experience. Understanding of CNC machining or CAM. Firearm and sports optics experience along with knowledge of the shooting sports industry.

Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering required.
