In this position, you will serve as the backup point of contact for the Clinic Director, leading and influencing staff through motivation and industry strengths. Your day-to-day involves administering and monitoring client treatments, including starting IVs and running fluids, while ensuring compliance with professional standards and accreditation requirements. You will also play a key role in hiring, training, and developing staff, fostering a culture of trust, respect, and positivity within the clinic.
