About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our team and provide specialized care for newborns ranging from healthy infants to those with a wide spectrum of illnesses and prematurity. This role is ideal for candidates with a love for working with babies and families, including new graduates who are eager to grow. You will work alongside neonatologists to share the workload, managing day-to-day NICU and newborn nursery patients while performing advanced treatments such as high-frequency ventilation (HFOV, HFJV), inhaled nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia.

Your day will involve attending deliveries, participating in multi-disciplinary rounds, and collaborating with a team to formulate comprehensive care plans. You will perform neonatal resuscitation, manage ventilators, review labs, and conduct parental education sessions to support families in understanding their newborn's condition. The position offers flexible scheduling, including 12 or 24-hour shift bundles and self-scheduling options, ensuring a balance between professional demands and personal life.
