About the Role

This position offers a unique opportunity to join a private practice contracted to provide neonatology services at a highly regarded hospital known for its commitment to women's and children's health. You will work as part of a collaborative team alongside other providers from the practice, while also partnering closely with hospital staff and medical directors.

The role is situated within a 53-bed Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) equipped with the latest technology and resources. With an average daily census of approximately 17 patients and an estimated 150 deliveries per month, the environment is dynamic and demanding. You will have access to an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system and clinical assistants to support you in all situations, ensuring you can dedicate your expertise to patient management and family engagement.
