The Assistant Property Manager is a vital part of our Property Management team, which does more than just oversee day-to-day operations; we welcome residents into the Nevada HAND family and their new homes. In this role, you will partner with the Property Manager to ensure the strong fiscal performance and physical integrity of multi-unit apartment properties serving families and seniors.
You will be the face of our community, maintaining solid regulatory compliance with programs such as LIHTC, HUD, and HOME while fostering excellent relationships with residents, vendors, and the community. Your day will involve balancing operational tasks with a deep commitment to resident services, ensuring that every interaction reflects our mission to help people live well.

Nevada HAND, Inc is a mission-driven nonprofit organization based in Las Vegas, Nevada, operating within the real estate sector to develop, manage, and preserve affordable housing. Established in 1993, the entity has grown into the largest provider of its kind in the state. The organization currently owns or manages 36 apartment communities across the Las Vegas Valley, providing homes for more than 8,200 residents, including seniors, working adults, and children. Real Estate Development identifies property opportunities and secures funding, while HAND Construction Company oversees design and building processes. HAND Property Management handles daily operations, leasing, and maintenance for multi-family and senior communities. Resident Services coordinates on-site programming and connects families with external assistance programs.
Additionally, HAND Senior Living operates two affordable senior assisted living communities, Silver Sky and Silver Sky at Deer Springs, offering around-the-clock care. Corporate Administration supports these operations through functions such as accounting, compliance, human resources, and information technology, ensuring the organization meets its regulatory and operational goals effectively.
