About the Role

The Assistant Property Manager is a vital partner to the Property Manager, responsible for assisting in the overall operations of the property. This role exists to ensure efficient operations, oversee supplier contracts and maintenance, manage lease administration, and deliver monthly reporting that drives a positive experience for residents, associates, and property owners.

In this position, you will manage the day-to-day operations of the property, focusing on resident satisfaction, retention, and the full resident lifecycle. You will act as a key point of contact for resident relations and problem resolution, ensuring that the property remains safe, clean, and well-maintained. When the Property Manager is absent, you will assume responsibility for the operations of the property, ensuring continuity and compliance with all company policies, health and safety rules, and local, state, and federal laws.
