
This full-time, center-based role involves providing direct Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to young children with autism at the Life Skills Autism Academy. The Registered Behavior Technician delivers one-on-one and group instruction while implementing individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts. Key responsibilities include collecting and recording precise behavioral data, assisting with caregiver training, and maintaining a safe, organized therapy environment. The position offers a supportive culture focused on early intervention and professional growth, including opportunities to earn supervision hours for future certification. The role is based on-site Monday through Friday and requires physical stamina for floor-based interactions with children.
