As a Houseperson, you are a vital part of our hospitality team, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the hotel. Your day involves ensuring that all guest hallways, stairwells, service areas, and public spaces remain sparkling clean. You will manage trash collection from exterior receptacles, parking lots, and common grounds, while also handling the logistics of guest luggage and packages.
Beyond cleaning, you play a key role in guest relations. Whether you are restocking amenities in guest rooms, maintaining housekeeping carts, or monitoring the condition of public space furniture, you are expected to greet every guest with a smile and use their name whenever possible. This role requires a 'can-do' attitude, where you are willing to pitch in across front and back-of-house areas to meet the needs of the business and ensure guest satisfaction.
We look for candidates with a positive attitude, a desire to serve, and the ability to work well in high-pressure situations. While experience in hospitality or service fields is preferred, our primary focus is on your willingness to learn and follow established guidelines.
