Hospitality Aide - Part Time

About the Role

This position serves as a vital support pillar within our facility, dedicated to maintaining a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for our residents. You will work closely with the nursing team to ensure that daily operations run smoothly, allowing residents to focus on their well-being and comfort. The role is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced setting and take pride in providing compassionate, behind-the-scenes care.

Your day will involve a blend of administrative support, housekeeping, and direct resident assistance. You will be the eyes and ears of the nursing station, reporting changes in resident conditions, managing supplies, and ensuring that all areas—from resident rooms to common spaces—are orderly and hygienic. While you will not be feeding residents or performing clinical tasks, your role is essential in facilitating the care provided by the nursing staff by handling logistics, transport, and environmental safety.

Hiring & Training

Successful candidates will participate in a comprehensive pre-training orientation session to familiarize themselves with our administrative structure and policies. Ongoing professional development is a core part of our culture. You will be required to attend and participate in scheduled training programs, including annual OSHA and CDC in-service training on hazard communication, TB management, and bloodborne pathogens. Additional in-service training will be provided prior to performing any tasks involving potential exposure to blood or body fluids.
