About the Role

We are seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our team in Santa Fe, New Mexico, to support store operations, elevate customer service, and foster team development. In this role, you will partner with the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for both associates and customers.

Your day-to-day impact involves managing the flow of merchandise from delivery to the sales floor, maintaining store standards, and ensuring all corporate directives are executed effectively. You will play a key part in training and developing Store Associates while upholding the company's commitment to cleanliness and organization.
