The Patient Care Technician (PCT) is a vital member of the Surgery, Trauma, Burn, and ICU team at the Medical University Hospital Authority (MUHA). Reporting to the Nurse Manager and working under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, this role supports a decentralized, patient-centered approach to care. The PCT performs multi-skilled activities designed to achieve positive patient outcomes in a high-acuity environment.
This position offers a dynamic day-to-day experience where you will work alongside energetic and enthusiastic healthcare professionals. The role requires adaptability, as you will navigate rotating 12-hour shifts that include weekends and holidays, ensuring continuous support for our patients and their families.
