As a provider at MinuteClinic, you will be empowered to provide holistic patient care with support, guidance, collaboration, and a "one store, one team" mindset. You will have the autonomy to run your own practice with dedicated collaborator and organizational support, practicing at the top of your clinical license with the backing of a full clinical care team.
This full-time position is based at the Leesville Church Rd location in the surrounding Raleigh areas, with a float radius covering a 50-mile range of clinics. The schedule is 30-35 hours per week, including every Saturday and Sunday. You will provide evidence-based primary and family care, managing acute and chronic conditions, performing diagnostic testing, and coordinating care with other healthcare professionals. A key part of your day involves promoting patient engagement through screenings and wellness services, while ensuring charting and follow-ups are completed during your scheduled shift with no work taken home.
