About the Role

The Sales Lead supports Management in promoting a customer and product-focused sales culture. This role is essential for maintaining great customer experiences and maximum profitability while ensuring brand standards are met. You will be responsible for establishing clear expectations, holding the team accountable for performance, and driving results through effective supervision of daily operations.

In this position, you will build a high-performance culture by motivating the sales team to meet assigned goals. You will train and coach associates on product knowledge, sales techniques, and fulfillment processes. Beyond operations, you will model the "Most Amazing Personal Service" (MAPS) principles, ensuring a cohesive omni-channel experience. This includes building a solid customer following through clienteling, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring a fast, efficient register experience.
