About the Role
The Installation Service Coordinator serves as the central hub connecting Installation and Service Technicians, vendors, and internal staff. In this role, you will coordinate schedules to maximize completions and minimize delays, ensuring we meet customer expectations for timely and complete service delivery. You will work closely with the shop manager and shipping coordinator to manage paperwork, manufacturing staging, and material delivery for the following day's scheduled services.
Day-to-Day Impact
Your day will involve maintaining a service request database, tracking past-due parts orders, and coordinating with buyers for necessary part orders. You will arrange for outside service contractors when needed to maintain completion levels and submit, track, and reconcile vendor reimbursements for warrantable repairs. Additionally, you will handle invoicing and billing for chargeable services, assist with collections, and contribute to creating and updating the department's procedure manual. This position requires strong interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and the ability to identify and communicate barriers to achieving results.

Requirements
