Giles Flythe Engineers is looking for a Professional Engineer to join our North Carolina or Virginia offices, focusing on unique Community Association and commercial projects.
This role offers hands-on project involvement and direct client interaction. You will partner with condominium, multi-family, and single-family Community Association Managers and Boards of Directors to perform on-site field investigations, develop 30-year capital reserve plans, and manage construction administration projects. The position is designed for those who thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment where they can mentor Engineering Interns and grow professionally.
You will be expected to communicate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders, including homeowners, property owners, contractors, and architects. Routine travel within the region to project locations is required, and the role involves performing inspections on ladders and roofs as needed.
