
This full-time Registered Nurse role operates within a Level 1 Trauma and Surgical Intensive Care Unit, managing high-acuity medical, trauma, neuro, and surgical patients. The position requires prior MICU or SICU experience and involves caring for complex cases including ECMO, ventilated patients, and those with traumatic brain injuries. Key responsibilities include managing invasive lines, interpreting arterial blood gases, titrating vasoactive drips, and floating within the Critical Care Division based on census needs. The role offers a collaborative environment with interdisciplinary support from respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
