About the Role
As a Full Time Caregiver, you will be the vital link between our clients and their independence. This role is designed for individuals who take pride in helping seniors with daily activities and providing meaningful companionship. You will work with a schedule that fits your life, whether you are seeking full-time stability or part-time flexibility, with options for 8 or 10-hour shifts.
Your day-to-day involves building genuine relationships with clients while ensuring their safety and well-being. Whether you are assisting with daily routines, providing emotional support, or accompanying clients on outings using company vehicles, your work directly impacts the quality of life for those we serve. We offer shift bonuses for fill-in work and opportunities for overtime, allowing you to tailor your workload to your needs.
Hiring Process & Application
To join our team of Angels, candidates must meet specific professional and safety standards. The application process includes a thorough background check, Live Scan fingerprinting, and verification of a negative TB screening within the last 90 days. Candidates must also be registered on the California Home Care Aide Registry and possess a valid driver's license with a clean DMV record.
