About the Role

The Associate Interventional Specialist serves as a vital partner to the District Sales Manager, representing Nevro in accordance with our quality policy and procedures. This role is designed for individuals who are eager to grow their business within a territory while providing essential clinical support to customers. You will be part of a team dedicated to advancing the standard of care in chronic pain treatment.

In this position, you will gain and consistently increase your product knowledge through formal sales training, physician speaker programs, and by attending surgeries and procedures. You will work to grow the business with current and new customers, managing target accounts and conducting strategic sales calls. A key part of your day involves providing clinical support, including programming, reprogramming, and educating customers and patients. You will also assist the District Sales Manager on field calls, perform regular field ride-alongs with the Area Director, and plan local educational and sales events to augment the business.
