Dialysis Clinic, Inc. (DCI) is the nation's largest nonprofit dialysis provider. Since opening our first clinic 50 years ago in Nashville, Tennessee, we have grown to over 270 locations across 30 states, serving nearly 14,000 patients daily. Our mission is rooted in the belief that "the care of the patient is our reason for existence." We prioritize individualized care for patients facing chronic kidney disease, offering a holistic approach that includes hemodialysis, home dialysis, and peritoneal dialysis. DCI invests in our care teams and funds research to further kidney care and treatment options, empowering patients to live meaningful and productive lives while reducing hospitalizations.
The Dialysis Nurse Educator (RN) serves as a vital link between clinical excellence and staff development. In this role, you will provide initial and ongoing professional training and education for facility staff across our clinics in Waterville, Skowhegan, Belfast, and Augusta. You will work within a positive, mission-driven culture that offers a lower caregiver-to-patient ratio than other providers, allowing you to build meaningful relationships and gain fulfillment serving individuals in a comfortable clinical setting.
You will collaborate with the corporate clinical team, medical directors, and clinic managers to develop unit-specific policies and procedures. Your day-to-day impact includes leading classroom theory training for new patient care staff, verifying competencies, and overseeing the preceptor program. You will also ensure regulatory compliance by auditing medical records, monitoring licensure, and providing instruction to correct deficiencies identified during federal or state surveys. This position is designed for motivated, compassionate individuals who desire to support a team dedicated to saving lives.
To join our family, please apply through our careers portal at www.dciinc.jobs.
