About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our Skilled Nursing Facility in Barre, VT. This role is designed for a provider who prides themselves on a positive attitude and a deep dedication to delivering top-notch care to our residents.
As the primary medical contact for assigned residents, you will partner closely with the Medical Director, facility nursing leadership, and interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive bedside patient care.
