About the Role
As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Four Seasons, you will provide excellent, professional day-to-day hands-on personal care to individuals with chronic, serious, or life-limiting conditions. You will serve as a vital link in our interdisciplinary team, working under the direction of the Community Clinical Team Leader to support patients and their families through their journey. This role is designed for those who wish to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others while working in a supportive, values-driven environment.
You will be part of a team that prioritizes safety, infection control, and compassionate communication. Your day will involve coordinating care in accordance with professional standards, collecting data for comprehensive assessments, and contributing to patient and family counseling. Whether you are assisting with personal care, monitoring patient conditions, or ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the patient environment, your work directly impacts the quality of life for those we serve.
Location and Schedule
This position is based in the Community setting, covering Henderson, Polk, and Rutherford counties. The role is Full Time, requiring 40 hours per week. The standard schedule is Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with a rotating weekend schedule included.
