Key Responsibilities
- check_circleProvide primary and urgent care services to nursing center residents
- check_circleCollaborate with other medical providers in the center for patient care
- check_circleWork with Medical Director and Attending Physician on patient-specific medical care
- check_circleDeliver high-quality health care with everyday compassion to patients
- check_circleCollaborate with Center Leadership Team to achieve center-specific goals
Requirements
- verifiedGraduate from accredited School of Nursing program
- verifiedLicensed as a registered nurse
- verifiedCertified Nurse Practitioner with Master's Degree in Nursing
- verifiedConcentration/specialty track of Older Adult or Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
- verifiedGraduate from ARC-PA accredited program (for PAs)
- verifiedPA National Certifying Exam (PANCE) required (for PAs)
- verifiedPA state licensure required
- verifiedNCCPA certification required
- verifiedMinimum of two years experience with adult or geriatric population preferred
- verifiedUnrestricted professional license
- verifiedDEA license
