We are seeking a passionate Newborn Nurse Specialist to join us on a contract basis. This role is designed for a highly skilled professional who thrives in a flexible environment and is committed to delivering exceptional overnight care. You will serve as a vital resource for families, offering not only expert medical support but also emotional reassurance during the challenging early weeks of parenthood.
In this position, you will work independently to establish healthy sleep routines, assist with breastfeeding support, and provide education on newborn care. Your presence will be a calming influence, allowing parents to rest while you monitor the infant's health and maintain detailed records of feeding and sleep patterns. The role requires a blend of clinical expertise and interpersonal warmth, as you guide families through postpartum recovery with empathy and professionalism.
