About the Role
The Field Service Associate serves as a vital bridge between Senior Helpers' care standards and the families we serve. This role is dedicated to ensuring that every client receives a consistent, high level of care, particularly those managing complex needs such as Dementia, Parkinson's, and end-of-life care. You will not only provide direct support but also act as a mentor, training team members on Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) both during orientation and at the client's home.
In this position, you will collaborate closely with Client Care Managers to support Return Home™ clients and those requiring high-level skills. Your day involves performing supervisory visits to ensure compliance with care plans and regulations, conducting introductions for new caregivers, and maintaining accurate records of training and performance. Flexibility is key, as you must be available for on-call caregiving and willing to adapt to varying shifts and locations to meet the dynamic needs of our community.
