
This full-time non-exempt role serves as a financial clerk within the Transportation department, reporting directly to the Executive Director. The position is responsible for managing the department's financial operations, including processing purchase orders, invoices, and journal vouchers while maintaining fixed asset and vehicle records in the MUNIS system. Key duties also involve preparing state reports, overseeing budget information, managing EZ tag usage, and coordinating vehicle inspections and retirements. The role offers the opportunity to support district operations and student safety through meticulous financial and logistical organization. The position requires a blend of office work and occasional field tasks, with a schedule of 238 duty days per year.
