The Warehouse Associate is a vital part of our logistics operations, responsible for the quality and efficiency of trailer loading and unloading. You will check trucks in and out using our Warehouse Management System (WMS) and oversee the pallet handling process. This role involves operating a forklift or working with the Laser Guided Vehicle (LGV) and handling system to ensure smooth inventory flow.
In this position, you will check outbound trailers prior to loading, monitor LGV activity, and follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain inventory accuracy. You will prep loads for cross-country shipments and customer requirements while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. The role requires coordinating with transportation and production teams to ensure all shipments flow in and out of the warehouse as scheduled, facilitating the flow of information between logistics, production, and sales.
