About the Role
ACO, Inc. is seeking a Distribution Material Handler to support our Warehouse & Manufacturing operations. This position is vital to our mission of delivering innovation and customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will serve as the backbone of our logistics flow, ensuring that materials are received, stored, picked, packed, and staged with precision to keep production lines running and shipments on time.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with production and logistics teams to maintain the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance. Your day-to-day work involves operating forklifts and material handling equipment, performing accurate inventory counts, and maintaining up-to-date transaction records within our warehouse systems. You will be responsible for creating a clean, organized, and efficient workspace while coordinating with shipping, receiving, and purchasing departments to meet critical schedules.

- check_circlePerform cycle counts and assist with inventory accuracy and reconciliation

- check_circleFollow all safety, quality, and compliance procedures and documentation requirements
- check_circleMaintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse and staging area
- check_circleCoordinate with production, shipping, and purchasing to meet schedules
- check_circleReport material issues, shortages, or damage to supervisors promptly
