About the Role

As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will be the backbone of our behind-the-scenes operations. This role exists to coordinate the complex logistics of shipping, receiving, and dock activity that make large-scale events possible. You will play a critical role in one of downtown Boise's most dynamic environments, solving problems and coordinating moving parts from the ground up.

In this position, you will oversee warehouse, loading dock, and back-of-house operations. Your day will involve reviewing Banquet Event Orders and diagrams to plan logistics support, assigning tasks to staff and temporary personnel, and ensuring the safe use of material-handling equipment. You will collaborate with Operations, Facilities, Event Services, and external vendors to maintain safety, organization, and readiness. Whether you are managing dock traffic, maintaining inventory records, or improving standard operating procedures, your work ensures that events run smoothly.
