Warehouse Operations is the backbone of Cardinal Health's supply chain, responsible for the efficient flow of materials and products from vendor receipt to final shipment. In this fast-paced environment, the team manages the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods, ensuring that internal and external customers receive their orders accurately and on time. The department combines manual and automated tasks to handle warehousing, fulfillment, inventory management, and transportation planning.
As an Associate II in Warehouse Operations, you will play a vital role in supporting both Inbound and Outbound activities under the guidance of the Warehouse Supervisor. This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a goal-oriented environment and are eager to learn. Whether receiving products into the facility or shipping them out to customers, you will be the first line of defense in maintaining quality, safety, and productivity standards.
You will be part of a dynamic team where cross-training is encouraged, allowing you to rotate through various areas of the warehouse and master different material handling equipment. While the role requires physical stamina and the ability to adapt to changing priorities, comprehensive training is provided from day one, making it an accessible entry point for those with little to no prior warehouse experience.
Candidates are encouraged to submit their applications as soon as possible, as the application window is anticipated to close on May 15, 2026. The team values diversity and is particularly open to candidates who are back-to-work, people with disabilities, those without a college degree, and Veterans.
