For over 35 years, Midwest Carriers has provided stable work and steady miles for our highway heroes—the Class A CDL truck drivers who make our business possible. We pride ourselves on offering true 24/7 support, ensuring our team has the Midwest Carriers team by their side every mile.
Join our team on regional OTR runs designed for drivers who value consistency and home time. As a Midwest Carriers driver, you will haul steady refrigerated freight, including products like meat, cheese, and coffee. We assign you a dedicated truck from a modern fleet with an average age of 3 years or newer, featuring Volvo, Freightliner, Kenworth, and International models. Our equipment is standard with inverters and refrigerators, and we utilize outside-facing cameras only to respect your privacy.
We believe our drivers are heroes on the highway, and we treat them accordingly. You will enjoy a schedule that keeps you out for 11 days and home for 3 days every other week. To support your transition and daily life, we offer paid weekly direct deposit, a transition pay program to ensure no lost wages, and a pet policy available from day one. Riders are welcome after six months of employment. Additionally, we offer monthly performance bonuses and referral bonuses to reward your dedication.
