Application & Hiring Process
To qualify with Baggett Transportation, candidates must meet specific criteria regarding age, driving experience, and safety records. We require a minimum of 25 years of age and at least one year of over-the-road driving experience within the last five years. All applicants must pass a DOT physical and adhere to our strict drug and alcohol policy.
For team drivers, additional requirements include U.S. citizenship and a clean background regarding felonies, bankruptcy, or dishonorable discharge. We offer a paid orientation week worth $500 to help you get started. For those interested in ownership, a lease purchase option becomes available after six months, subject to meeting specific criteria.
