About the Role
The Airside Experience Specialist serves as the frontline ambassador for our Private Aviation Terminal (PAT), dedicated to delivering safe, efficient, and exceptional service to general aviation aircraft, crew, and guests. This role is vital to the seamless operation of the airside environment, where precision and hospitality intersect.
You will be the face of our company, working closely with a diverse team of colleagues, clients, vendors, and aircraft crewmembers. Your day-to-day involves orchestrating a variety of critical ground services, including fueling, de-icing, marshalling, and passenger transport. Whether you are operating specialized ground support equipment like fuel trucks and tugs or personally escorting guests to their aircraft, your goal is to ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellence.
The environment is dynamic and fast-paced. You will work in varying weather conditions, from extreme temperatures to precipitation, often near stationary and moving aircraft with active engines and propellers. Success in this role requires the ability to adapt to flexible schedules, including nights, holidays, and weekends, while maintaining a positive, professional attitude and strict adherence to safety protocols.
