About the Team
XPO is seeking established driver teams to operate our dedicated over-the-road network. As an XPO Team, you will run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in new sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Our in-house, no-touch freight system ensures you never have to wait at a customer site, while access to our extensive network of 160+ fueling stations helps eliminate frustrating delays.
About the Role
This opportunity is designed exclusively for team drivers with a CDL-A, offering the freedom of over-the-road driving with unwavering team support. A typical work week consists of 4-5 days on the road followed by 2 days of well-deserved time at home, though schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions. You will earn $0.974 per mile while enjoying industry-leading benefits and paid time off.
