About the Team

XPO operates a dedicated over-the-road network designed exclusively for driver teams. Our mission is to provide a seamless logistics experience by running freight between XPO facilities, eliminating the friction of customer site waits through our in-house, no-touch system.

We support our drivers with an extensive infrastructure of over 160 fueling stations and shops to minimize delays. Our fleet consists of 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks, each outfitted with microwaves and refrigerators to ensure comfort on the road. We also offer onsite parking for personal vehicles and reimbursements for on-the-road showers.

About the Role

As an XPO Team, you will run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in new sleeper trucks. This role is designed for two drivers working together in a tractor, allowing for extended runs with a typical schedule of 4-5 days on the road followed by 2 days at home. While schedules may occasionally vary based on network conditions, the position offers the freedom of over-the-road driving with the stability of dedicated routes.

You will partner with your co-driver to manage the vehicle and navigate the network, ensuring safe and efficient transport of freight. The role emphasizes a supportive team environment where you can enjoy industry-leading benefits and unwavering support from the XPO organization.
