The Boys & Girls Club of the Northern Plains is dedicated to inspiring and enabling all young people, especially those who need us most, to realize their full potential as productive, responsible, and caring citizens.
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the welcoming face of the Club, responsible for implementing and enforcing front desk policies while maintaining a clean, positive, fun, safe, and friendly environment for parents, families, donors, and visitors. This role is central to upholding the Club's core values of teamwork, impact-driven results, excellence, and good character both inside and outside the Club.
In this position, you will greet visitors and callers with a friendly attitude, directing them to programs and ensuring the safety of the space by verifying authorized pick-up lists. You will serve as a mentor to youth, teaching manners and life skills as they enter and exit the facility. Your day-to-day impact includes managing membership data, tracking program participation, and recognizing youth through birthday cards and personal calls. You will work closely with the Membership Coordinator to ensure the front desk operates smoothly, providing feedback on daily operations and assisting with clerical tasks to support the team's goals.
